Abstract

• The main pattern of trade distribution in Sulawesi Barat:

1. Rice: Manufacturer → Retailer → Consumer End.

2. Red chili: Farmers → Retailer → Consumer End.

3. Onion: Provincial Affairs → → Traders Wholesale Retailer → Consumer End.

4. Meat chicken: Traders Manufacturer → Grossir → Retailer → Consumer End.

• Margin Trading and Transportation (MPP) of rice in Sulawesi Barat province in 2019 amounted to 22.23 percent; red chilli 28.77 percent; red onion 61.16 percent; and 49.87 percent of chicken meat.
