Abstract

Survey Results of Data Requirement (SKD) is a survey conducted by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) to identify statistical data requirements and the level of customer satisfaction with BPS data and services. SKD was carried out by the Directorate of Statistics Dissemination through the Statistics Referral Sub-directorate since 2005. In 2019, BPS re-organized the SKD at the Central BPS, 33 Provincial BPS, and 477 Regency / City BPS. The 2019 SKD results are presented in the form of publications containing analysis of consumer characteristics, analysis of data requirements, analysis of data quality satisfaction, analysis of service unit performance, and analysis of anti-corruption perceptions. This analysis is also complemented by the presentation in the form of the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK).
